Today you are turning five years old, and it feels like just yesterday I was holding you for the very first time. These past five years have been filled with so many beautiful memories, sweet smiles, big hugs, and moments that I will treasure forever.

This is such an exciting year for you not only are you turning five, but you'll soon be starting your very first day of school! We are so proud of the smart, kind, brave, and beautiful little girl you're becoming. We know you'll make new friends, learn amazing things, and shine brightly wherever you go.

You bring so much joy and happiness to everyone around you. Your laughter is contagious, your imagination is endless, and your kind heart shines brighter every day. Watching you learn, grow, and discover the world has been one of the greatest gifts a grandmother could ever ask for.

I am so proud of the little girl you are becoming—smart, funny, loving, and full of life. You have a way of making ordinary days feel special simply by being you. Whether you're playing, dancing, telling stories, or sharing your beautiful smile, you bring sunshine wherever you go.

As you celebrate this very special birthday, I hope your day is filled with everything that makes you happy cake, presents, laughter, fun adventures, and lots of love from all the people who adore you. Most of all, I hope you always know how incredibly loved you are, not just today, but every single day.

As a little girl in school, one of the things we all learned was the Lord’s Prayer. It became something I could recite from memory, just like many others who grew up hearing it regularly. Because of that, The Sacred Thread immediately caught my attention. I was curious to see what new insights could be shared about a prayer that is so familiar to so many people. It challenged me to slow down and think about words I have often recited without fully considering their depth. About sixteen years ago, I personally reached a place where I was ready to give up on everything my marriage, my faith, and even my relationship with Jesus. I was overwhelmed with anger, bitterness, and pain after being deeply hurt by someone I should have been able to trust completely. For years, I buried that hurt and never told a single person what had happened.

Then in 2022, during the isolation of Covid, I was taking an online course that unexpectedly brought those painful memories back to the surface. For the first time, I finally opened up to my husband and shared what I had carried silently for so long. He was shocked, heartbroken, and deeply affected that I had endured something so painful alone.

Thankfully, my story did not end there. I was given a second chance. I found healing, restoration, and the strength to keep going when I once believed giving up would be easier. That is why stories like #JustOneMoreMovieMIN matter so deeply to me  because they remind us that even in our darkest moments, hope still has the power to change everything.
