It can take a bit of time to get used to cycling on the roads or footpaths but once you know how to navigate the roads you will be cycling everywhere in no time at all. This can be a great way to get about and is an easy way to include some physical activity into your everyday life.

Move About More

This might seems like strange advice but we are all very used to sitting in one place without moving, so remembering to move around more can really help. This could be anything from making sure you walk around the office every half hour and stretch your legs, to taking the stairs or the long route to work when you have time. Going for a walk on your lunch break can be very beneficial to you and your body.

Here are just a few ways you can start to incorporate more moving and activity into your life. You don’t have to make any huge changes, you just need to plan your time more and do things a bit differently.
