Weight Loss update 1

I know I said I would update next month but today I got on the scale and I was down 3 lbs, I know it isnt a lot but I was very proud of it.

This week my food intake has been lower, I have not deprived myself and I felt full each day. I would have a garden salad with chicken breast and a boiled egg so protein makes me full.
For dinners I would eat whatever the family ate but there was no seconds and no snacks before bed unless maybe a little popcorn.

There are been very minimal exercise but I do walk alot at work each day. 

Next week I hope to come back with another good report.
