I am in the monitoring dept, so my team and I "monitor" and check all invoices requesting payment, we have to verify all receipts match ( it's difficult to get these people to submit all receipts), i then scan all invoices into our main system and it is matched thru a bar code, I love it! I was in 2 before vacation, but then i moved to monitoring and i love it so much. I'd be happy to try and explain more what I do if you like.

  1. I enjoyed reading through your day! We're all more alike then we know - the "boring" everyday stuff ties us all together :)

  2. I need to take a cue from you on the tidying! It seems like you work it all in so effortlessly...Also glad to hear I'm not the only one that loves a mid day coffee break! :)

  3. I love that your day is so planned and thought out before hand. Me, the only thing I know for certain is when work starts and ends. LOL Everything else just happens when I see fit. I need to have a timetable that will help keep me on track.
