All about me- Answer 1

Last week I opened up the blog to you and gave you the option to ask me some of my favorite things, here is the first one 

Amanda asks: What is your favorite season and why? :)

Even though summer is the season of beach days, barbecues and lobster rolls, we'll pass. To be honest, we'd trade in an iced coffee for a pumpkin spiced latte any day, and we'd gladly skip those sticky, sweaty months altogether if we could

My favorite season is Fall. I love the many colors of the trees and the coolness in the air, after a super hot summer, it feels cooler finally and the crunching of the leaves under foot. 
I also love the warm Fall evening drinks with my love.. apple ciders and pumpkin latte's, comfy fluffy sweaters, most of my favorite shows are back on TV, kiddo is back in school, and Christmas is right around the corner.  You can go to bed and sleep comfortable because it is chilly outside or maybe it is just me who don't sleep well with the heat :)

Summer Bucket List

We are not taking a big family vacation this year, maybe at Christmas time. I am going on vacation On June 22 for my best friends wedding, we can do some weekend trips and explore our province. 

What is on your bucket list? 

Hey, it's okay

that I am sitting here playing MASH with my daughter and her friend  ( thinking of my childhood)

that I am sitting here thinking about vacation ( 16 days) 

that I am sitting here worrying that my daughter is taking a trip alone with her classmates very soon

that I am thinking about all the reno's that I wanna do on my house 

I will be all day tomorrow doing laundry, not how I want to spend my day 

Friday Thoughts.

I have such a busy weekend 

1) 25th anniversary party for my pastor and his beautiful wife.  So excited to celebrate them. 

2) My friend is coming for the weekend  ( yay because I need girl time) 

3) We are going to a concert Saturday Night 

4) My daughter has 2 concerts this weekend

5) My husband is going to a conference

6)  I am already tired 

7) I will be ready to go to work on Monday for a break from the chaos.

It is time to wear your crown and your pretty dress, and grace this world with another year of your sweet and bubbly laughter. Happy fifth birthday, Princess.

When you were born my heart skipped a beat, there is something about your sister having a baby girl.  You were perfect in my eyes even with your health concerns, you are still perfect and you always will be perfect. 

You have completed school for your first year and you have loved getting to know your teacher and your class mates. You have done so well, you do not want to miss school even if you were sick, you wanted to go. 

I love when we talk on facetime and how you always want Auntie to show you different things like my pool or Brooke's giraffe's, you are a funny boo and I love you so much.
