Weekend Recap

Friday:
Working until 5 pm has been so weird for me, I have not worked past 2 pm for a LONG time.. well 56 weeks ago when treatments started.
It was a good work day, my co worker who sits next to me and one of my closet friends is on vacation so it was different without her, she is back on Monday so that will be nice.
Brooke and I decided we wanted a shopping night, so we went to the mall right after work, ate dinner at Taco Bell, then we went shopping and bought a couple things that we needed and things we didn't need.
We left Walmart and went to Yah- it is a frozen yogurt cafe.. I am in love, I had :
creamsicle and some blue berry with lots of fruit

and the person with me was awesome too :p

I got home and I had a rough night, the pain was unbearable, but im good now. 

Saturday:

a lady from our church took us for brunch ( me and Brooke) , then we went to market, it was a nice morning with beautiful ladies

We had a birthday party in the afternoon

they did bowling, lazer tag, arcade, food and presents with ice cream cake, I work with the mom of the little lady, it was a nice party.

While we were there the police came in and asked everyone to stay put as there is a major fire across the street and a lot of explosions... at least we were in a fun place. 

7 pm we went for sleigh ride:

Sunday:

We had both services today and for the first time in a very long time there was no snow to cancel a service. 

Brooke had a quizzing practice in the afternoon so momma slept while Daddy did that. 

We went to visit some friends after PM service and just getting home, Im off to bed as I am exhausted.

Doing the right thing- Review

Sometimes we will read a book and it will never leave us, this is the way it was for me with "Doing the Right thing" by: Scott Rae

Doing the right thing relates to every aspect of your life, from your birth to your death and everything in between, it will give you the tools you need to do "The Right thing"
There are so many wrong choices we can make in this world today, so many things that we would think is correct, turns out to be wrong. 

We need to Do the Right Thing, he asks the question: If we Know whats right, can we do it?
This is an important question which needs an answer. The fourth chapter “What Does It Mean To Be Human?” takes a look at ethics in medicine and health. And the fifth and sixth chapters “Ethics in the Marketplace” and “Ethics in Public Life” deal with the subjects as their titles suggest.
