This means it is essential for you to commit to making sure you are getting enough sleep. If you don’t it can lead to you being less productive, feeling tired, and reaching for quick fixes in energy instead of making good food and drink choices.

One of the nuggets reasons people don’t exercise is because they haven’t found the right exercise they enjoy doing. The more you enjoy it the more likely you are to turn it into a habit and make the time to do it. Whether it’s taking a walk while you listen to an audiobook instead of sitting and reading, or listening to your favourite music while you cycle or run, mixing things you enjoy with an exercise plan can help you to find enjoyment in it.
