Weekend Recap

Friday:
My day started early for a day off.. my dr wanted me to go for a full blood work as she had found some pre cancerous cells so she wanted to check everything.
Then I had to go see her after my blood work- thankfully all blood work came back ok and nothing to worry about.
She was worried about other issues though- I have not been feeling so great since Monday- I thought it was a case of gastro bug, but she was thinking it was something  serious with my bowels and wanted me to go for more tests at the hospital but I thought I would come home and try more fluids but by 6 pm I knew I needed to go to the Emergency and see what they thought.
So I got triaged and they took me right into a bed- they started an IV for fluids and I waited for the dr,  he ran some tests and he told me nothing showed up with my bowels and it was a case of bad food poisoning and bad dehydration.. it was a relief to know nothing more was wrong.

Saturday:
I woke up and I was feeling so much better after getting the fluids… I cleaned the house after a week of not feeling up to doing anything, sleeping a lot and no energy at all..  it was good to be able to clean.  Hubby and I went into town after that and picked up a couple of groceries that I needed.
Moses came for dinner and we watched hockey. Cristie was going to come over after dinner but she wasn't able to make it, she has been working a lot and needed to rest.

Sunday:
It was our assistant pastors last sunday with us, our full time pastor is leaving on June 14th,

I don't do well with good byes at all, but they are staying close to the area so I may see them again sometime soon.
I had my pastors kids over for the afternoon, we had fun, went to Mcdonalds for a ice cream before the PM service.

These kids are gonna be missed so much, but I am looking forward to creating new relationships with our new Pastor and his wife.
Cristie came over for nachos and we took selfies

Just look how beautiful my best friend is

Have a great week friends

  10. So glad you are ok now. My pastor's last Sunday was this past Sunday and I wasn't able to go to church. I have had my pastor for a long time and am praying for the placement of God's man refill the pulpit.
